These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • Our website and any associated pages
  • Our products and services, including the Silver Program and any other digital programs, content, and resources we provide

By accessing our website, purchasing any of our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where needed (for example, from a solicitor, regulated immigration adviser, or financial adviser).

3. Nature of Information & No Professional Advice

All content on our website, in the Silver Program, and in our emails, videos, guides and tools is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we provide should be interpreted as:

  • Legal, immigration, or visa advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Professional career counselling or regulated advice

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information from JobLaunch UK.

4. No Guarantees or Promises of Outcome

We do not guarantee or promise any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Job offers (part-time, internship, full-time or otherwise)
  • Sponsorship offers
  • Visa outcomes or immigration status
  • Salaries, income levels or timelines
  • Admission to educational institutions or specific employers

The Silver Program and any other products provide systems, frameworks and educational content. Your results will depend on your own effort, decisions, background, qualifications, language skills, visa conditions, and external market factors that are outside our control.

Any examples, scenarios, or past experiences discussed are illustrative only and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

5. Purchases, Payments & Pricing

All prices for our products and services, including the Silver Program, are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where indicated, include VAT.

When you purchase a product:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
