JobLaunch UK – Silver Program

These Affiliate & Referral Terms (“Terms”) apply when you promote JobLaunch UK products, including the Silver Program, as an affiliate or referrer (“you”, “your”).

By applying to or participating in our affiliate or referral programme, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use or share any affiliate or referral links provided by JobLaunch UK.

1. Our programme in simple terms

JobLaunch UK operates an affiliate and referral programme that allows approved partners, influencers and students to:

Share a unique affiliate or referral link to the Silver Program
Give referred customers a £10 discount off the standard Silver Program price
Earn a £25 commission for each qualifying purchase made through their link

Participation in the programme is optional and offered at our discretion.

2. Products and pricing

These Terms apply primarily to the Silver Program:

Standard price: £109 (VAT included)
Affiliate/referral price: £99 (VAT included) when a valid affiliate or referral link is used

We may add or remove products from the affiliate/referral programme or adjust pricing in the future. Any such changes will apply going forward and will not affect commissions already earned under the previous structure.

3. Commissions

3.1. Commission amount

For each qualifying Silver Program purchase made through your unique affiliate or referral link:

The referred customer pays £99 (VAT included) instead of the standard £109
You earn a £25 commission

The commission amount is per completed, eligible purchase.

3.2. Qualifying purchases

A “qualifying purchase” is:

A Silver Program purchase made using your unique affiliate/referral link
Successfully paid and not subject to payment failure, fraud, chargeback, or manual refund
Made by a genuine customer (not yourself, using your own link to gain a discount and commission)

We reserve the right to determine, in good faith, whether a transaction is a qualifying purchase.

3.3. Payouts

Commissions are calculated on a calendar‑month basis (for example, all valid commissions earned between 1–31 March).
After the end of each month, we review transactions for failed payments, chargebacks or fraud.
Valid commissions for that month are paid on or around the 15th of the following month.

For example, commissions earned in March are typically paid on or around 15th April.

Joblaunch UK will process payments via PayPal with you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided or by third‑party payment providers.

4. Disqualifications and adjustments

We may withhold, cancel or adjust commissions if:

A payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent
You attempt to refer yourself or use your own link solely to obtain a discount and commission
We reasonably believe that a purchase is abusive, fake or made in breach of these Terms
You breach these Affiliate & Referral Terms or our main Terms & Conditions

We may correct tracking errors, misattributions, or clear mistakes in good faith.

5. How you may promote the Silver Program

We believe in freedom of content creation. You are free to talk about the Silver Program in your own style, language and formats, as long as you respect the rules below.

5.1. What you may say

You may:

Describe the Silver Program as a 90-day, two-phase structured system for international students and recent graduates in the UK
Explain that it helps with clarity, planning and consistent action across:

Part-time work
Internships
Full-time roles
Sponsorship planning

Mention that it is:

Self-directed
Time-released (7 modules over 14 days + 75 days of weekly one-way guidance emails)

Share your own honest experience with the program (if you have used it)

Where required by local regulations (for example, influencer marketing rules), you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (for example by using labels such as “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or equivalent language).

6. What you must NOT do

To protect both you and JobLaunch UK, you must not:

6.1. Make false promises or guarantees

You must not claim or imply that JobLaunch UK or the Silver Program:

Guarantees a job
Guarantees sponsorship
Guarantees a visa or immigration outcome
Guarantees any specific salary, job title or timeline

6.2. Present us as legal or immigration advisers

You must not present JobLaunch UK as:

An immigration service
A legal advisory service
Any kind of regulated professional adviser

6.3. Use fake or misleading proof

You must not:

Invent testimonials or results
Use fake screenshots, fake offers, or fake messages
Misrepresent your own results or experience

6.4. Use spammy or abusive tactics

You must not:

Spam people with unsolicited messages or emails
Harass or pressure individuals or groups
Use deceptive clickbait or misleading headlines

6.5. Misuse paid advertising (if you run ads)

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

Bid on JobLaunch UK brand names or programme names in search ads (e.g. “JobLaunch UK”, “Silver Program”)
Pretend to be the official JobLaunch UK account or website in ads

If you are unsure whether a promotional method or message is acceptable, you should contact us before using it.

7. Your responsibilities

By participating in our affiliate or referral programme, you agree to:

Promote our products honestly, ethically and lawfully
Follow any applicable advertising, marketing and disclosure rules in your country
Keep your affiliate/referral login details confidential
Notify us promptly if you suspect misuse of your link or account

You acknowledge that you are an independent promoter, not an employee, partner, or agent of JobLaunch UK, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

8. Termination of participation

JobLaunch UK may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate or referral programme if:

You breach these Affiliate & Referral Terms or our main Terms & Conditions
You make false, misleading or harmful claims about JobLaunch UK or the Silver Program
You engage in fraud, abuse, spam, or other behaviour we reasonably consider damaging

If we terminate your participation due to a breach:

We may cancel unpaid commissions related to fraudulent or non‑compliant activity
We may revoke your access to affiliate/referral tools and dashboards

You may stop participating in the programme at any time by notifying us and ceasing to use or share your affiliate/referral links.

9. Changes to the programme or these Terms

We may update or modify:

The commission amount
The discount structure
The list of eligible products
These Affiliate & Referral Terms

When we make changes, we will:

Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
Apply changes going forward (they will not retroactively change commissions already earned under the previous terms)

Your continued participation in the affiliate or referral programme after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Relationship to other policies

These Affiliate & Referral Terms sit alongside and supplement:

If there is any conflict between these Affiliate & Referral Terms and our general Terms & Conditions in relation to affiliate or referral activity, these Affiliate & Referral Terms will take priority for that activity.

11. Governing law

These Affiliate & Referral Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert: e.g. England and Wales].

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the affiliate/referral programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England and Wales or your correct jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
