1. About the Silver Program

The Silver Program is a structured, time‑released digital program created by JobLaunch UK for international students and recent graduates in the UK.

It is designed to help you bring clarity, structure and discipline to your UK job hunt across:

• Part-time work
• Internships
• Full-time roles
• Sponsorship

The Silver Program is self‑directed. There is no live coaching, no direct messaging, and no one‑on‑one support included.

2. Access structure

When you purchase the Silver Program, you receive 90 days of access from the date of purchase.

The program is delivered in a time‑released structure:

• First 14 days
• 7 core training modules unlock with approximately a one‑day gap between each release.
• This drip schedule is intentional so you can watch, think and implement, rather than binge and forget.
• Remaining 75 days
• You receive weekly one‑way guidance emails with reminders, prompts and structure to help you continue executing your plan.
• These emails are for direction only. They are not a coaching or support channel.

At the end of 90 days, your access to the Silver Program content and materials ends.

3. Nature of the program

The Silver Program is:

• A digital, educational product
• A self-directed 90‑day system you follow independently
• Focused on your structure and discipline, not on guarantees or shortcuts

The Silver Program is not:

• A job placement service
• An immigration or legal service
• A guarantee of a job, sponsorship, visa, salary level, or specific outcome
• A live coaching or mentoring package

Your results will depend on your own effort, decisions, background and the external job market.

4. Refund policy

Because of the time‑released structure and immediate access to digital content:

• You begin receiving value from day one (module access starts immediately and continues over 14 days).
• Weekly guidance emails continue for the remaining 75 days.
• You cannot “return” the content once it has been delivered.

For these reasons:

• All sales of the Silver Program are final.
• No refunds are offered for the Silver Program for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Non‑use or lack of time
• Failure to complete the program
• Dissatisfaction with the fact that there is no live coaching or one‑on‑one support
• Changes in your personal, academic, financial or visa situation

If you are unsure whether you can commit to following a 90‑day system independently, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase the Silver Program until you are ready.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee or promise:

• That you will secure part‑time, internship, full‑time, or sponsorship roles
• Any specific salary, job title, company or career outcome
• Any visa, immigration or legal outcome
• Any specific timeline of results

We provide a structured system, tools and guidance to help you improve how you operate in the UK job market.
We cannot and do not control employers’ decisions, immigration rules, or external conditions.

6. Misuse, abuse or policy breaches

JobLaunch UK reserves the right to:

• Remove or suspend access to the Silver Program without refund in cases of:
• Sharing login details or program content publicly
• Reselling or distributing the content
• Abusive behaviour towards JobLaunch UK or other students
• Any activity that violates our Terms & Conditions

Such actions do not create any entitlement to a refund.

7. Acknowledgement and agreement

By purchasing the Silver Program, you:

• Confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Access & Refund Policy
• Acknowledge that the Silver Program is a 90‑day, time‑released, self‑directed digital program
• Understand there are no refunds, no job or visa guarantees, and no live coaching or one‑on‑one support
• Accept full responsibility for your own effort and use of the material
